Technical Training - Mockup/Cabin/Door Manufacturing
AESC is certified by CAAV as an Approved Training Organization providing basic training for aircraft technicians. Students nowadays seem to be advanced in technology knowledge and resourceful in aviation information, but they tend to lack exposure to mechanical equipment and practical skills using basic tools that are the basis on which a career as an aircraft engineer is built. Our 6-month basic training course consist of theory and practical training components, complied with the syllabus set out in EASA Part 66. Practical training is conducted in shops equipped with real aviation tools, real aviation materials, and simulated aircraft systems, which ensure the required competency for any graduate to take part in real aircraft maintenance operations.
Apart from a basic training course for aircraft technicians, AESC also cooperates with EASA Part 147 partners to conduct regulatory compliance courses for airlines and MRO staff. Logistics and store, Aviation Quality Assurance, SMS… are among the topics of training conducted.
We offer custom mockup design and manufacturing to support training, demonstration, functional validation, and project development—from early concepts to near-production prototypes.
